Warnings
- Filters do not supply oxygen: do not use where the oxygen content may be too low (below 19.5 % by volume according to the instructions for use), in tanks, pits, shafts and confined spaces, or if the substance and its concentration are not known.
- Do not use with a beard, sideburns or other obstacles in the sealing area. Check the face seal before every use.
- According to the instructions for use, do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- According to the EU declaration of conformity, use only with filters from DS SafetyWear.

Half mask AG360, orange
One mask body, five filters
All AirGuard Pro filters with a bayonet connection fit the AG360: the particle filters AGP3R1 and AGP3R2, the combination filter AGA1E1 (A1E1P3 R D), the gas filter AGABEKK1 (A1B1E1K1) and the combination filter AGABEKK1P3. Two identical filters are always fitted.
Filters with an RD40 thread only fit the full-face mask AG700. The respirator finder shows which combination suits your workplace.
Up to 30 times the limit value
Under DGUV Rule 112-190, a half mask with a P3 filter or a gas filter may be used up to 30 times the workplace exposure limit. Class 1 gas filters also have an upper limit of 0.1 % by volume gas concentration.
If the concentration is higher, or if eyes and face must be protected, for example against irritant gases, the full-face mask AG700 is the right choice. The comparison is under Half mask or full-face mask.
Orange or white
Both versions are identical in construction and share one EU declaration of conformity. The colour helps assign masks to areas, teams or shifts. Each mask is packed individually in a box, 50 per carton. You choose the filters to suit the job and order them separately.
Cleaning and storage
According to the instructions for use, the mask is cleaned and disinfected after every use: remove the filters, take out the valve membrane, clean the parts in warm water up to 50 °C with neutral detergent and a soft brush, rinse well and let them air-dry. Do not pass masks on to other people uncleaned.
Store the mask dry in a closed bag or container. Check masks that are kept ready at least once a month. For the mask body the instructions for use state a shelf life of three years if stored correctly.
Putting on in four steps
- 01
Fit the filters
Place two identical AirGuard Pro filters on the bayonet connections and turn until they sit firmly.
- 02
Put on the mask
Place the mask over nose and mouth, seat the cushion on the bridge of the nose first, then close the clip at the back of the neck.
- 03
Tighten the straps
Tighten the straps until the mask sits firmly and comfortably on the face.
- 04
Check the face seal
Place the palm of your hand over the exhalation valve and exhale slowly. If air escapes at the edge of the mask, reposition it and tighten the straps. Before every use.

Frequently asked questions
Which filters fit the half mask AG360?
All AirGuard Pro filters with a bayonet connection: AGP3R1, AGP3R2, AGA1E1, AGABEKK1 and AGABEKK1P3. Filters with an RD40 thread (AGP3R, AGA2E2, AGABEK2, AGABEK2P3) only fit the full-face mask AG700.
May I use filters from other manufacturers?
No. According to the EU declaration of conformity the mask is to be used only with filters from DS SafetyWear. Mask and filters are tested as a system.
Up to what concentration does the half mask protect?
Up to 30 times the workplace exposure limit with a P3 or gas filter (DGUV Rule 112-190). Class 1 gas filters are also limited to 0.1 % by volume gas concentration.
Can I wear the mask with a beard?
